Payment is preferred upon registration. Checks can be made out to Ferris State University ICET and mailed to: 126 Howard St., Big Rapids, MI 49307; or send your ACH deposit form to ICET@ferris.edu for us to complete. An invoice will be sent out upon course completion for any outstanding student fees.

Limit FIVE (5) attendees per consulting firm, county, or city (per training season)

This course is required only for private consulting firms who perform HMA field inspections on MDOT projects.*

*NOTE: Only one (1) individual per company (plus an optional alternate) is required to hold an active certification to maintain prequalified status. Certified employees are encouraged to relay all information provided in class to their peers.

We have re-verified with MDOT that this course is NOT required for any MDOT, County, or Municipal employees to perform field inspections (although they are welcome to attend for informational purposes).

This course includes 1 day of online training - to be completed in advance of the scheduled date, at your own pace. Details to follow.
